Terms of Service — WhatsApp Messaging — Chatflow

These Terms apply when you communicate with Chatflow ("we", "us") through WhatsApp. By messaging us or opting in to receive messages, you agree to these Terms. Last updated: 19 September 2026.

1. The service

We use WhatsApp to provide customer support, share information you request and, where you have opted in, send you notifications and offers. Messaging is provided through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta.

2. Opt-in and opt-out

You receive messages from us because you contacted us on WhatsApp or gave us your number and agreed to receive messages. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us; we will honour your request promptly.

3. Acceptable use

Please do not send us content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others. We may stop responding to, block or report accounts that misuse the service.

4. Availability

WhatsApp messaging depends on Meta's platform and on your network connection. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered or read within any particular time, and we may be unavailable outside business hours.

5. Charges

We do not charge you for receiving our WhatsApp messages. Your mobile operator's data charges may apply.

6. Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of WhatsApp messaging, including delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party platforms.

8. Third-party terms

Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy published by Meta.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the current version is always available at this address. Questions: Chatflow, support@chatflow.co.in.
